This module explores the role of inclusive design in optimizing the experience of all learners. Participants will be introduced to the universal design for learning (UDL) guidelines, which will be applied throughout the Inclusive Design Certificate program. Participants will also explore the post-secondary student experience through discussion and simulation and will reflect on the importance of adopting inclusive design practices.
Note: This module is the first of seven modules that make up the Inclusive Design Certificate.
We hope you will be able to join us for this informal gathering to wish Melissa well as she sets off on a new leg of her professional journey. All welcome.
