CTL: HIVES Drop-In

The HIVES classrooms at Humber promote student engagement and collaboration with a focus on integrating meaningful technology to enhance learning. Faculty are invited to drop in, explore and learn how to deliver instruction in these innovative spaces. Resources for teaching in the HIVES will be provided.

Note:  Faculty that plan to use a laptop or tablet while teaching in the HIVES are encouraged to bring it to the drop-in session.

CTL: Assessing Learning

Assessments are an integral part of the teaching and learning process because they provide instructors and learners with a framework to monitor progress and areas of growth. In this workshop, participants will explore the alignment of learning outcomes with assessments, and the multiple assessment types that can be used to meet the needs of all learners.

Dr. Michael O’Leary Moving to Sheridan College

Asphalt/Concrete Work - North Campus

The final asphalt/concrete work will take place on Saturday, August 12. It will impact Silverbell Lane (B) along with the entrance and exit areas.

There will be some delays with buses and traffic coming and exiting at this location. Arboretum Blvd. will also be affected but it will be minimal.

Work to be done at 110 Carrier and Queen's Plate also.

This will complete the asphalt/concrete work for 2017.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
