Register Now for the Healthy Changes Lifestyle Program

The Healthy Changes Lifestyle Program is an innovative, collaborative approach for developing healthy lifestyles that incorporates the expertise of students, faculty and staff in the School of Hospitality, Recreation and Tourism. This comprehensive, 8-week program combines nutrition, culinary, and exercise skills to help people establish and sustain healthy lifestyles. It includes weekly workshops that focus on behaviour change, nutrition, and cooking, as well as a group fitness class that follows each workshop. 

You will have the option of signing up for a comprehensive fitness assessment conducted by an HRT work-study fitness student. You will also have the option of signing up for a student personal trainer to work on your individual fitness goals while participating in this course.
