The process of giving and receiving constructive feedback is another important skill that managers need when working effectively with their team.  If done properly, productivity is increased, and interpersonal relationships are enhanced.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Identify the benefits of giving feedback
  • Identify how conflict plays a role in feedback
  • List the six strategic steps of constructive feedback
  • Learn how to deposit into the emotional bank account

Pat is a corporate trainer and consultant specializing in the area of leadership/management development. As a committed leader and coach, she thrives on the challenge of being able to tap into the learning potential of each person.

Eating 9-5: Boosting Your Energy & Performance​

Can food actually help you work better? You bet! In this interactive workshop recognized Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist Lucia Weiler will help you improve your nutrition know-how and provide top tips to improve your diet, boost your energy level and performance.

Learning outcomes:

  •  Participate in interactive "Nutrition know how quiz”
  •  Identify the major energy yielding nutrients in food
  •  Interpret nutrition facts labels and ingredients lists for health and wellness
  •  Recognize best bet combinations of foods that may help give you a boost
  •  Discuss five strategies to maximize your energy

Lucia Weiler is a Registered Dietitian, trusted food and nutrition expert, professional speaker and social media influencer. Lucia is the president of a consulting practice which focuses on trends, education, marketing, regulatory affairs and nutrition labelling. With extensive experience in innovation, strategy development and media relations, Lucia leverages her comprehensive interdisciplinary skills in nutrition, health, food science, business building and network of associates for clients.
