A friendly reminder that your 2019 benefits will be ending soon. Only five weeks left!

Full-time staff are eligible for one pair of orthotics and four pairs of compression socks.  

In order to receive reimbursement for your orthotics or compression socks a prescription note from a doctor is required prior to purchasing items.

Our pedorthist, Janice Laberge, will perform a full biomechanical gait analysis/assessment and will provide patients with all the necessary paperwork that the insurance requires for reimbursement for cost of orthotics and/or compression socks (a prescription note is not required to book this appointment). Janice is available to staff at Lakeshore on Thursdays and North Campus on Fridays.
