This is to inform the Humber staff that due to the month end approaching during holidays we will be conducting our last outgoing mail run on Thursday, December 19, 2019. This enables us to submit chargeback reports on the last day of December (Friday, December 20).

We will conduct internal mail runs processing internal mail only but nothing will be mailed out of the college using postage.

Any mail that needs to be sent out must be ready by Thursday, December 19 by 9 a.m. This gives us enough time to process through the mail machine and have Canada Post pick it up.
