As of Monday, December 20, 2021, Guided Learning will no longer be available on the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).

When the HRMS went live, we had introduced Guided Learning, an in-app learning solution that provided you with step-by-step process walkthrough instruction via pop-up messages, along with other in-app tips.  It has been an essential learning tool that worked alongside our HRMS Knowlege Base (KB) to provide you with up-to-date and on-demand learning material on everything related to the HRMS.

After two and half years of using the HRMS, we have witnessed employees, from core users to occasional users, embrace and develop exceptional capabilities in using the system. We have seen high levels of adoption and comfort in using the HRMS seamlessly while leveraging the knowledge found on the HRMS KB instead of that found through Guided Learning.

With that in mind, we have decided to sunset Guided Learning and put our efforts into improving our online resources and on-demand learning material found on the HRMS KB. As HRMS continuously evolves, we will continue to build and maintain the HRMS KB to support system changes with new learning material and helpful resources. 

In addition, to the HRMS KB, knowledge and support for the HRMS can also be accessed through the HR Support Centre. 

Please continue to periodically check the HRMS KB for up-to-date information.
