- Tea Sandwiches: Cucumber and watercress, salmon pinwheel, chicken avocado
- European bass with saffron couscous and citrus relish, spicy braised green beans
- Canadian back bacon, fingerling potato salad, pickled mixed vegetables, golden beet and goat cheese salad with pecans
- Beef Bourguignon, steak "Diane", "pommes duchesses", roasted tomato and eggplant roll with gruyere cheese
- Rocky road brownies, double chocolate chunk cookies.
