Humber’s Commitment to a Healthy YOU - Financial Health and Well-Being

4 colour heart outline with the word Health in the centre. The words Financial, Social, Mental and Physical surround it.

At Humber, we value the health and well-being of our staff and students and want to support YOU every step of the way.

To support this commitment, Humber has launched humber.ca/healthyYOU, an online healthy community hub that is a central site for well-being resources for students and employees.

The Hub also includes Humber’s Well-being Strategy, which focuses on four pillars: mental, physical, financial, and social health and well-being. We provide support to the overall health and well-being of our employees through a variety of resources and initiatives.
