It's not too late to book Healthy Breaks for your classes this fall. Healthy Breaks are short 10-minute stretch breaks or mindfulness breaks, right in your classroom. They are easy, accessible, and conducted by student leaders for other students.
Our evaluations show that 98 per cent of participants want a Healthy Break in their class. Student testimonials from this semester include, "Keep it up. It's a very good tool and helpful for students, especially during such a stressful life phase. I really enjoyed it!" and "This was very helpful, there should be more sessions like this in classes."
