Launch of New eForm for Paid Event/Payment Requests – Now Available!

As part of our transition from Eventbrite to the Humber eMarketPlace, we are pleased to announce that the new eMarketPlace Event eForm - PMT Version - Intellistack is now available. This form streamlines the submission process for paid event and payment form requests to PayMyTuition (PMT).

Please note:

  • Free events: Continue to use your own Eventbrite accounts.

  • Paid events: The new eForm is mandatory, effective October 1, 2025.

High-Level Process Flow for Paid Events: 

  1. The Requester completes the new eForm (also available on our website) 

  2. The form is automatically routed to PMT.

  3. PMT builds the event/payment form and contacts the requester directly for validation.

  4. Finance is copied on all communications for awareness and support, if needed.

This new process eliminates the use of the Excel template and reduces back-and-forth communication, resulting in faster turnaround times and greater efficiency.
