Features include: heater, 4 interior electrical outlets, 1 exterior electrical outlet, 2 interior light fixtures, 1 exterior light fixture, hardwood floors, sliding glass door and window, painted and trimmed interior, unfinished board and batten exterior and an 88 sq. ft. cedar deck.
