The Human Resource Management System vendor has landed!

Over the past year Humber College has been working diligently to secure a vendor of choice to implement the new cloud-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) that will replace the existing legacy system. The selection process was quite rigorous, and I am pleased to share that Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud has been determined to be the best option for Humber with the key system integration partner IBM.  The Oracle HCM Cloud system will help us to bring about the needed changes in how HR work is performed, aligning our processes and procedures with the best practices in the industry. This transformational change will support the overall direction of Humber College.

The next two years will be an exciting and busy one for the HRMS Project team. Throughout the project, we will continue to provide regular updates and we will continue to involve the Humber faculty and staff to ensure that the needs of our users have been accurately reflected in the new system. I want to assure the Humber community that we are committed to listening to you and supporting you through this change.

Over the next few months, in addition to our regular project updates, a dedicated website for the HRMS project will be launched where relevant information relating to the new HRMS system can be found, including relevant timelines and project rollout dates. Stay tuned for more information about this.
