Nutritional Consultations

Nutritional Consultations offer an enriching experience centered around empowering clients to track their meals for a span of several days. These sessions are thoughtfully designed to provide personalized recommendations and expert guidance aimed at fostering a positive journey towards healthier eating habits and constructive dietary enhancements.  Please note: nutrition consultations do not include meal plans.

Life Coaching 

Life Coaching sessions are dedicated one-on-one sessions with a qualified Life Coach who provides guidance, support, and tools to help you make positive changes and reach your personal and professional goals. Life Coaching focuses on various aspects of life, including career, relationships, personal growth, well-being, and overall life satisfaction.

Students          - $25(+tax)
Staff/Member   - $50(+tax)

Pricing Policy: Please note that prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to maintain competitive rates while delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Eligibility for Personal Training Services: To use our Personal Training Services, you must be either a current Humber/GH student, staff member, or possess an active Athletics community membership.

Package Purchase Policy: Each package can only be purchased once. If you wish to continue training after utilizing a package, you can purchase add-on sessions. Additionally, if there is a prolonged break in your training, you will need to complete another Assessment/Consult, using one of your sessions. This ensures your trainer can make any necessary adjustments to your programming

Student Session Expiry: For students purchasing sessions, please be aware that student sessions must be used while you are enrolled as a Humber student. These sessions will expire once you are no longer a student.

Trainer Matching and Refund: We make every effort to accommodate your schedule and match you with a suitable trainer based on both parties' availability. However, if we are unable to find a suitable match, we will refund your purchase

Payment: All sessions must be prepaid before booking with your trainer. Failure to make the payment may result in the cancellation of your appointment. You can conveniently purchase add-on sessions over the phone using a credit card if you are unable to visit our office during regular hours

Cancellation Policy: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel a session, please ensure it is done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session.​​​​​​
