Self-Led Training Programs

We know that planning is key to long-term success in your fitness journey. That’s why we offer three different weight training programs to help you get started. You can choose from bodyweight and dumbbell routines that can be done anywhere—in the facility or at home—or programs that incorporate machines, pulleys, dumbbells, and more, available here at the gym.

Each program includes videos demonstrating how to perform the exercises. If you need additional assistance, you can hire one of our Personal Trainers to review the program with you. Be sure to read through each program, as they’re packed with tips to set you up for success!
