Due to the ongoing labour action, the Student Wellness and Accessibility Centre (SWAC) is currently operating with limited staff. Peer active listening sessions and wellness workshops will be available in October 2025.

  • On-campus, after-hours walk-in support (CMHA Toronto), Monday to Friday, 5pm to 10pm:

Who are we?

We are Peer Wellness Education and Programs and we are here to support learners at Humber Polytechic and the University of Guelph-Humber. We provide support in the areas of Mental, Physical, Social, and Financial health and well-being, through peer-led support, educational resources, and health-focused initiatives.

All programming are CCR certified! Students who sign up and participate in our programming can earn prizes and gift cards to some of their favorite stores!

Hours of Operation: 

  • We have in-person and virtual programming available to all students from Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:30pm.
