Who are we?
We are Peer Wellness Education and Programs and we are here to support learners at Humber Polytechic and the University of Guelph-Humber. We provide support in the areas of Mental, Physical, Social, and Financial health and well-being, through peer-led support, educational resources, and health-focused initiatives.

Peer Active Listening Program:
- One-on-one sessions with trained peers for active listening.

Hours of Operation:
- We have in-person and virtual programming available to all students from Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:30pm.
