Perks Partner Program Request Form and Partnership Agreement

With over 291,000 alumni worldwide and growing, Humber College’s Alumni office is built on the principles of engagement, support, and value-added services and benefits for its diverse community of graduates. As we continue to evolve our offerings strategically, we are seeking businesses and service providers to help meet the needs of our dedicated stakeholders.

By joining the Humber Alumni Perks Partner Program, your organization or enterprise will become a valued contributing member among a suite of partners ranging from attractions to travel, lifestyle, and more. You will benefit from increased exposure to target demographics with our broad audience, which varies in age, interest, and culture, stemming from over 50 years of existence and standing as one of Canada's leading postsecondary institutions, and one of Ontario’s largest colleges.

Our objective is to grow your brand, and increase sales and client acquisitions while bringing exclusivity, advantages, and access to our distinct group. Please respond to the fields below, which will allow us to evaluate your unique qualities and suitability for our perks program.

Reporting

In order to track and maintain the success of our program, partners may be asked to submit usage statistics based on Humber College’s fiscal calendar (April 1 - March 31). Please note that requests for statistics are subject to change based on the needs of the Alumni Office.

Are you able to provide the Humber College Alumni Office with usage statistics based on sales (dollar value) and individual member/client activity associated with this partnership?

Perk Access

Humber Alumni Perks are accessed through an app and web platform exclusive to Humber College Alumni with a unique login. All Humber Alumni Perks Program partners are listed on our app/webpage, along with accompanying partner logos, associated images, and direct links to the partner’s website or appropriate landing page. All partners are expected to provide their respective images and marketing material in order to fulfill the needs of our platform.

Are you able to provide marketing materials and/or access to a company media bank?

Do you give Humber’s Alumni Office permission to use such marketing materials, including an accompanying web link to use on our Perks platform?

Agreement Terms

  1. If accepted as a partner, Humber College’s Alumni Office reserves the right to terminate the partnership, at their discretion, at any time.
  2. An annual review will be conducted to evaluate the success of the partnership, and whether it should be continued.
  3. Humber College’s Alumni Office agrees to:
    • post partner information (logo, images, and discount/offer) on the Humber Alumni Perks app and web platform
    • promote the partner on relevant social media channels
    • post partner offers and savings in the Alumni e-newsletter
  4. The partner will:
    • submit company marketing materials and discount information to post to the Humber Alumni Perks app and web platform, and to share through relevant social media channels
    • supply usage statistics twice per year based on Humber College’s fiscal calendar (April 1 - March 31), unless noted otherwise

Agreement

I confirm that all the information noted above is correct and accurate. If Humber College’s Alumni Office accepts the partnership, I agree and accept all of the terms stated above.
