John Mason Leadership Scholarship

John Mason retired as the Vice President, Student and Corporate Services in 2013, after a thirty-seven year career at Humber College. A Humber grad himself, John spent his career putting students first and at the center of everything he did.

The John Mason Leadership Scholarship was established by friends and colleagues in honor of John Mason.  During his tenure at Humber, John consistently worked to improve student satisfaction, student success and student leadership.  A respected colleague who believes individual and career success is based on clarity of vision, integrity and respect for others.

The John Mason Leadership Scholarship will be presented annually to a second-year student in each of the Business Management , Civil Engineering Technology and Child and Youth Worker Programs who have demonstrated the potential for success and leadership in their chosen field of study.
