As the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) increases, understanding the components of EV technology and its impacts on industry and the environment becomes increasingly important. This micro-credential is designed for professionals in the automotive sector seeking to understand EV technology, stay current with consumer trends and navigate the dynamic work of EVs. Developed in collaboration with auto sector manufacturers, this course consists of three (3), multi-topic learning modules and will ensure participants are equipped with the following learning outcomes:
1. EV technology in consumer and commercial applications including power source variations.
2. Functions and components of EVs.
3. EVs' impact on transportation and the environment,
Delivery format:
This micro-credential is online and self-paced. It includes approximately 15 hours of content to review and interact with. Learners are given up to 80 days from the day of enrollment to complete the content. A digital badge is issued upon successful completion.
