Algebra University College is the largest private educational organization in Republic of Croatia, training more than 15,000 students annually in higher educational and lifelong learning programs. A huge emphasis is placed on the quality of the program, lectures, and professors for students to acquire knowledge necessary for rapidly growing industries based on digital technologies.

Courses Available:

Earn Humber Elective Credit:
Earn transfer credit to satisfy one GNED course (diploma) or lower-level breadth elective (ST Category) course (degree) from Humber. Must be approved in advance by Humber College.

What is Included in the Program Fee?

  • Cultural and social program
  • Zagreb and Zadar sightseeing (field trips, museum)
  • Lunch during weekdays
  • Industry partner visits
  • Organized transportation to and from Zadar
  • Travel health insurance for the program dates, arranged by Humber
  • Summer tuition fees are waived at Humber and normal tuition will be due Fall semester

What is Not Included in the Program Fee?

  • Round trip airfare (book your own flights)
  • Accommodation (book your own accommodations and is approximately € 600)
  • Activity fees and meals outside of those included in the program itinerary.
  • Incidentals, spending money
  • Baggage and trip cancellation insurance, if desired
  • Associated visa costs, if applicable
  • Humber transfer credit fees ($25.00 per course, upon completion)

Accommodation
The recommended price for accommodation during the four-week Algebra Summer School program is approximately 600 Euros if you stay at hostels in Zagreb and Zadar in multiple bed dorms.

In Zadar, Algebra’s partner University of Zadar has secured an accommodation option for all the Summer School students at the university student dormitory. The price per person is approximately 20 euro per night.

If you do not wish to stay in the hostel, you can alternatively look for private accommodation on your own.

Although prices of accommodation in Zagreb and Zadar may vary in size and amenities depending on the city area, Algebra is always happy to assist you in the process of finding a flat by providing helpful links to various rental agencies that offer short-term apartment rental
