About:
Immerse yourself in the heart of Italy’s pastry tradition during three unforgettable summer weeks in Florence. Learn to produce iconic Italian classical cakes, tarts, and desserts while gaining hands-on experience with prized DOP and IGP ingredients. Explore the origins, evolution, and cultural significance of these beloved creations, discovering how people, place, and ingredients come together to define Italy’s rich dessert heritage.

What is Included in the Program Fee?

  • Accommodation (basic package) and some meals
  • Free access to gym and gym classes
  • Internet access and Wi-Fi at all FUA-AUF facilities
  • On-site advisor
  • 24-hour emergency support
  • Travel health insurance for the program dates, arranged by Humber
  • Summer tuition fees are waived at Humber and normal tuition will be due for Fall 2026 semester.

The following costs are not included above:

  • Flights
  • Accommodation top-ups
  • Leisure activities
  • Spending money
  • Most meals

Additional Information:

  • Student pays regular tuition fees to Humber for Fall 2026
  • Student pays fees to FUA for tuition and accommodation
  • Spaces are limited. Students applying after deadline will not be considered
  • Student must be in good academic standing with a minimum CGPA of 65%
  • Students must be in Semester 2 in Winter 2026
