Welcome to Innovative Learning Support Centre (ILSC)

The Innovative Learning Support Centre supports Humber faculty, staff, and students with Blackboard and other educational technologies. Faculty can also access help with teaching strategies and research.

Need support? Submit a request below. To help us assist you faster, please fill in all fields on the support form—especially your email, username, course code, and name (if applicable). For technical issues, such as error messages, include details and screenshots when possible.

Student Technical Support Request Form

Students use this form to request support with Blackboard, such as navigating Blackboard, issues accessing content or submitting assignments. Note: Support centre staff cannot reopen tests, provide assessment support, or adjust course content. Students must contact their course instructor for specific course support.

Faculty and staff use this form to request Blackboard support and support for other tools such as Panopto. Faculty can also request pedagogical and research support.

Blackboard Ultra Admin Request Form

Faculty & Staff Only: Use this form to request cross-listing or merge of course sections, revoke/extend/grant access to a course, or request a primary, development, or training course. Associate Dean approval is required for all Blackboard admin requests (prompts are included in the form).
