Request for Donations: HRT Annual Bucks4Books

Donate your used books and help make HRT's Green Team's Bucks4Books drive a succeess! Recycle your books* by bringing them to Antonio Folino in B104 at North Campus before Friday, March 24, 2017. Donated books will be available for distribution on: Tuesday, March 28, 2017 outside of Gourmet Express at the North Campus from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We will be asking for a small monetary donation per book. Proceeds will be donated to HRT Service Learning Nunavut Trip in support of community development initiatives in the Hamlet of Arivat.

The Latest Window Display at The Fashion Institute

The latest window display at The Fashion Institute is titled, "DELFTWEAR". The concept was developed by fashion students and inspired by the famous blue and white delftware pottery, which typically depicted farm life in the Netherlands during the 16th century. Humber’s Accessibility Awareness Training for Educators (AATE) Has Been Revised

The online Accessibility Awareness Training for Educators has undergone recent changes in keeping with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). The Centre is happy to report that the module is now available to you for completion.

Sofia Bohdanowicz Screens Never Eat Alone at TIFF

Sofia Bohdanowicz, who teaches Intro to Editing in Continuing Education, will be screening her award-winning film Never Eat Alone at TIFF on March 25th at 8:30 p.m. A docu-drama and touching portrait of unrequited love, Never Eat Alone follows Joan (Joan Benec) as she attempts to reconnect with an ex-lover with the help of her grandaughter (Deragh Campbell).
