The spring calendar has now completed and we are now looking to the fall for L&D programming!
Just a few highlights from this past spring:
- Participation rates were up across the spring calendar with specific attention to Mindmapping, Giving Feedback and Managing Challenging Conversations
- Dealing with Difficult Personalities and Managing Challenging Conversations continue to be very relevant and in-demand enterprise-wide.
- MS Office Suite continues to draw full classes!
- Department-Specific customized, team training requests are on the rise! L&D is receiving close to 8-10 requests monthly with particular interest in personality profiling (Ie: DiSC and Strengths Quest) along with customized programming through a strategic lens or a focus on building team cohesion
Important to also note, we were so pleased at the participation rates for the **New** Manager-Team Lead stream of program offerings. Thank you to all who took the time to provide feedback. This information helps to inform future offerings that is relevant and timely for you and your departments/schools.
We are looking to offer further Professional Development certifications for the fall and do encourage you and your teams to keep one click away from our learning site.
The fall L&D offerings will also showcase a Digital Stream of programming to include One Drive, more advanced Excel and Outlook along with courses specific to Digitial Health & Awareness.
