The IT Event Support team is here to assist. We are happy to share our experience and expertise in presenting audio and video to your audience.
When planning for an event, consider the following:
- Will your event be hybrid or in-person?
- How will people see and hear the presentation?
- Do we need a stage or stage lighting?
- Do we need help setting up or do we need technical support staff during the event?
- Do we need microphones, and if so, how many, and what type?
- Will there be a fee?
Be sure to submit your AV requests early. For events with minimal requirements such as hybrid meetings, networking functions, and open houses, requests should be made at least two weeks in advance.
For large scale events with more than 100 people, staging, lighting, and live streaming, it's best to start planning and make your request two months in advance.
