Chrome River Weekly Update

Important Notice

**Due to the deployment of Chrome River, all new P-card requests received prior to November 21st will be available for pick up after November 21st. **

What enhancements will Chrome River deliver?

BMO Details Online (DOL) Chrome River
Users are required to use a unique BMO login ID and password. Cardholders with an approver role require a second unique BMO login ID and password. All user roles will use their Humber Single Sign-On (SSO) login credentials.
All cardholders must be manually setup with a default FOAP. Chrome River will leverage Banner Finance FOAP security access. A default FOAP is not required.
Users must know the FOAP that should be assigned to an expense line. Users will have the ability to select a FOAP from a drop down menu based on their Banner Finance security and assign it to an expense line.
A single approver per cardholder must be manually set up in DOL. Chrome River will leverage existing Banner Finance approval queues.
Users are required to submit all original paper receipts and statement logs to Finance for Banner Finance posting. Users will upload their receipts to Chrome River and electronically submit their expense reports for approval.
DOL does not provide users with reminders for action. Users will receive email notifications prompting action.
