Help Humber Researchers Evaluate New Cannabis Education Materials

Help evaluate the new Weed Out Misinformation cannabis education campaign built with the help of students from FSCS and FMCA, by completing the evaluation survey, sharing with friends, or sharing with your students.

The Weed Out Misinformation Campaign was built by listening to cannabis consumers, budtenders, and public health experts. Their guidance was used by FMCA students in the Bachelor of Creative Advertising to build a new cannabis education campaign free of stigma and focused on harm reduction principles. The project has successfully been deployed in many Canadian retail cannabis stores, and now it's time to evaluate the effectiveness of the materials. Your help completing and sharing the survey would be greatly appreciated.

Participants must:

  • Be 18 years old or above
  • Live in Canada
  • Have previously consumed cannabis

The survey takes approximately 14 minutes to complete (including time reviewing the materials), and after completing the survey, you can register for a chance to win one of five $100 gift cards.

If you're interested in posting information about the survey on Blackboard or social media, please contact Dr. Daniel Bear for additional graphics and survey information.
