The last day to complete Humber’s 2024 Employee Engagement Survey is now Friday, April 12, 2024. This extension is to ensure that all faculty and staff have a chance to share their feedback.  

A reminder e-mail from McLean & Company (survey@mcleanco.com) was sent on April 3, asking for your participation in an employee survey. As a third-party provider, McLean & Company will ensure the confidentiality of responses and will only share aggregate results of the survey with Humber and not individual responses. 

In the spirit of healthy competition, below is the current leaderboard showcasing survey completion rates by each division.

We encourage you to take this opportunity to participate and share your honest perspective and feedback. Your voice plays a significant role in determining how we invest in people and will help shape our employee programs and initiatives. 

Win a gift card for completing the survey!

Humber College will give out ten $50 gift cards through a random draw to employees who complete this survey. At the end of the survey, you will be asked to confirm if you would like your name to be entered to win a prize. Only the names of the winners will be provided to Humber College from McLean & Company. If you opt-in to the draw, your survey responses will remain confidential.
