We are pleased to announce that Humber Polytechnic has partnered with PayMyTuition to offer a secure payment platform for our students to manage their tuition and school-related fees. PayMyTuition has been developed by a leading Financial Technology Firm – MTFX – specifically for educational institutions with the school’s administration and reconciliation processes in mind.
PayMyTuition provides numerous online dashboards, expansive reporting modules, and opportunities to integrate payments directly into our administrative processes, easing the burden of reconciliation and administration for tuition payments.
We believe that this new system will greatly benefit our students by providing them with more flexibility and convenience in managing their tuition payments. As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the overall student experience at Humber, this new process has been designed to be a seamless experience through the MyHumber student portal to serve all their account and payment needs in one place.
Students will benefit from the flexibility PayMyTuition offers, such as:
- Tuition and fees can be funded in both Canadian or local currency, with international payers having offerings in 100+ currencies from anywhere in the world.
- International students receive the best exchange rate, increasing their savings.
- Payments can be initiated, funded and tracked online by students.
- Funds are received within 24-72 hours of sent payments.
- Offers an easy-to-use, secure online platform, available anytime.
- Multilingual customer service support is provided for students and parents 24/7.
Payment options include credit cards, INTERAC e-transfer and more. International students will have secure options for in-country payments as well as from outside of Canada. Approved refund requests will also be managed through PayMyTuition.
Students will access PayMyTuition through their MyHumber account:
MyHumber > Student > Student Account & Fees > Payment and Account Centre.
Once logged in, students will be redirected to the PayMyTuition portal. They will be able to:
- Review their account summary
- Pay their tuition deposit and tuition balance, as well as any other fees owing
- View scholarships, bursaries and other funding that has been applied to their account
- Track the progress of any approved refund request.
Students will also receive email notifications directly from PayMyTuition with account and payment updates.
Please note that international students will continue to have the option to use Flywire for international payments. At this time, all payment plans will also be facilitated through the Flywire platform. Students enrolled in a payment plan will be advised to review their payment plan account for their most current balance of fees.
