Keith Pua Leaving Humber

It is with true mixed emotions that I inform the Humber community that Keith Pua, Public Safety Coordinator at the Lakehsore Campus and IGS has accepted a new position at Trent University as Campus Security Manager. Keith has been at Humber for 14 years, with the first three years as a contracted security guard and supervisor. His talents were recognized and he was hired as the first Public Safety Coordinator for the Lakeshore Campus in 2011.

Over the last 11 years, Keith has been an instrumental member of our team. Keith was the initiator of the Humber Guardian App and when the pandemic hit, he was instrumental in working with the app provider to bring the proof of vaccination and daily self-screening functions to fruition. Keith was also instumental in setting up and configuring our electronic security incident reporting system. Keith has helped lead the way for Public Safety at the Lakeshore Campus and most recently also took on coordinating our requirements at the International Graduate School.

Keith will be sadly missed, but sometimes you have to let the good ones go, so that they can continue to flourish and reach their true potential. We in Public Safety are incredibly proud of Keith and all his accomplishments and know that he will make a difference at Trent University. They are lucky to have him.

Keith's last day at Humber will be April 8, 2022. Please feel free to connect directly with him to wish him well on his new adventure.

Thank you Keith for all you have done for Humber College.

Sincerely,

Rob Kilfoyle, CPP, CMM III
Director, Public Safety and Emergency Management
