Kennisha Archer, Analyst, Human Rights, Equity & Inclusion

Please join me in welcoming Kennisha Archer who will be working in the position of Analyst, Human Rights, Equity & Inclusion. Kennisha is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Social Work and she is currently pursuing a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources. Her background includes five years in youth-centered agencies with a focus on education, homelessness, crisis management, sexual health and gender-based violence. Operating from a trauma-informed, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive framework, Kennisha uses these skills to strive toward cultivating spaces focused on learning, unlearning, and self-exploration. She believes being an advocate for change means unapologetic, bold, and integrity-based actions that prioritize the needs of the community. In her spare time, Kennisha can be found doing yoga, writing film reviews, and watching an unhealthy amount of reality TV.

Kennisha starts her position on July 4, 2022 and will report to the Manager, Education & Training, Human Rights, Equity & Inclusion.

Kind regards,
