It is with great pleasure that I announce Obie Udemezue as the successful candidate for the Manager, Data Analysis and Reporting position.  

Obie brings five years of experience working at Bell Canada in various data analyst positions including his most recent role as Manager, Strategy and Analytics. Obie has experience developing and implementing data models to help teams answer the questions of "what?" and "why?" He also uses machine learning modeling to help organizations effectively forecast with a high degree of assurance. Most recently, Obie began teaching data analytics as a professor at Durham College. To say Obie loves data would be understatement. He has shown a passion for the field and is excited to apply his knowledge and experience to Humber.

Obie holds a Bachelor of Engineering - Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Madonna University (Nigeria), a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Coventry University (United Kingdom) and a Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence Design and Delivery from Durham College (Canada).

Obie started his new role with the Office of the Registrar on Monday, April 4, 2022. Please join me in welcoming and congratulating Obie.
