Conducted by Akil Annamunthodo and Dr. Matthew LaGrone with the support of the Scholarship on Teaching and Learning (SoTL) Seed Funding Research initiative, the study examines staff adoption, perceptions, and knowledge of AI technologies. The research explores the transformative potential of AI not only in enhancing staff workflows but also in shaping the student experience. By integrating AI in administrative processes, there is significant potential to improve service delivery, responsiveness, and overall support for students, thereby enriching their educational journey at Humber College.
