The provision, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages on College premises is subject to the regulations of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and the Liquor License Act of Ontario.
Humber is licensed to serve alcoholic beverages only in the designated areas listed below and only under the supervision of Food Services and the Faculty of Business.
As the College is under one Liquor License for each campus, any single violation may result in the loss of the College license for all locations within the respective campus severely impacting the delivery of academic programs and other non-academic events.
