The Office of the Registrar is looking for staff and faculty to assist with the Spring 2024 Convocation ceremonies. Convocation is taking place from Tuesday, June 18 to Friday, June 21 at the Toronto Congress Centre (TCC) - North Building. The ceremony schedule by program can be found on the Convocation website. Duties may include gowning, directional, and Convocation Hall support.

There are three shifts available for non-Office of the Registrar staff, and you may sign up for one or more shifts:

• Full Day Shift: 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Afternoon Shift: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Evening Shift: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

If you are interested in working Convocation, please sign up and fill out your availability on the MS Form by Wednesday, May 15.

Please ensure you obtain approval from your manager if you would like to assist with Convocation during your regularly scheduled shift.

We will also be offering the following orientation dates regarding convocation:

• Thursday, May 16 - 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. (Virtual) Join via MS Teams
• Wednesday, May 22 - 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (North Campus, room J110)
• Monday, May 27 - 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. (North Campus, room J110)
