This August, Humber is opening a brand-new residence at our beautiful Lakeshore Campus. With the newly added spaces, we continue to have availability at Lakeshore.

While availability exists, we are accepting applications and making offers to full-time students from any campus, including limited term programs (one semester, apprenticeship/coop terms, EAP, etc).

Our Lakeshore Residences, located at 3199 Lake Shore Boulevard West, are steps away from classes, have convenient access to dozens of restaurants and shops, are only a short walk away from the scenic trails along Lake Ontario, and provide seamless access to public transit making getting downtown a breeze.

Should faculty/staff become aware of students still looking to secure housing please refer them to the Residence Portal to submit an application. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
