It’s that time of year again! Spring 2024 Convocation will be held in-person at the Toronto Congress Centre from Tuesday, June 18 to Friday, June 21. Ceremonies will be held at 10 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., with the final ceremony being held on Friday at 3 p.m.

Please refer to the included Faculty breakdown for each ceremony. The full breakdown of programs and ceremony can be found on the convocation website, using the ‘Find Your Ceremony’ feature.

Students eligible to attend convocation will be invited and provided instructions on how to apply to attend via email.

Important Notes:

• Only graduates who apply to attend convocation will be permitted to participate at their ceremony.
• Each graduate who applies to attend convocation will be provided three (3) guest tickets.
• Convocation will be live streamed, so any additional guests are able to watch their graduate cross the stage.
• Children over the age of two (2) require a ticket.
• Graduates who do not apply to attend or reply no, will have the opportunity to participate in a photo opportunity event in August 2024 and further communication will be sent in July.  

Important Dates:

• Wednesday, April 3 - Applications open for students to apply to attend convocation.
• Wednesday, May 15 - Cut-off date for grade changes and late grade submission for students to be included in Spring 2024 Convocation.
• Monday, May 20 - Last day for students to apply to attend Convocation. Students who meet graduation criteria after this date will be invited and included in the Fall 2024 Convocation.
