Update: Resolved Technical Issue with Testing Services Link on Blackboard

To all faculty and academic partners,

Over the past day, we encountered technical issues with the Testing Services link on Blackboard. Specifically, there was an error when attempting to switch the status of the link from hidden to either visible to all students or applying release conditions. However, we are pleased to inform you that this issue has been resolved with the assistance of Innovative Learning. The Testing Services link on Blackboard is now functioning normally.

Some of you may have been instructed to integrate a new Testing Services link through your content market. Please note that both the old and new Testing Services links are active and function the same. Rest assured that no previous or current test submissions have been affected by this issue.

As a reminder, in order for the Testing Services link to be active for students, faculty need to make sure it is visible to all students or apply appropriate release conditions. Further information can be found in our handbook on pages 9-11.
