It is with pleasure that we announce Bhupinder Bains and Jaclyn Strimas as the successful candidates in a recent search for full-time Counsellors with the Student Wellness and Accessibility Centre.

Bhupinder holds a Bachelor of Science, a B.A. Honours Psychology and a Masters of Counselling Psychology. Bhupinder has seventeen years of experience in the counselling field. He has experience as a researcher, research coordinator, counsellor and he also taught Psychology courses at Humber in 2002.  

Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Social Work with a Specialization in Health and Mental Health. Jaclyn has experience as a Social Worker at the following hospitals; Jewish General Hospital, in Montreal, University Health Network, Toronto, General, Toronto Western hospitals and most recently with the Hospital for Sick Children. Jaclyn is looking forward to supporting the academic success, and career aspirations of students at Humber.
