Xerox Supplies

This is a friendly reminder that supplies for your office Xerox multi-function machines such as toner and staples are included in our contract with Xerox. If you need to refill your supplies, there is an eForm on Information Technology Services’ website where you can request supplies. The form can be found at formstack.com/forms/?1438316-IJPCrhqLaD%20. If there is a problem with your machine functioning properly and requires servicing, there is also an eForm for this which can be found at formstack.com/forms/?1431758-IJPCrhqLaD%20. If you require toner for any other machines other than your Xerox office printers you will need to contact PrinterPlus who is our vendor of record for these supplies.
