The Free Electric Vehicle Test Drive event has been rescheduled to October 5th, 2017 between 12 - 3 p.m.

Did you know?

  • Electric vehicles (EVs) have better acceleration than gas cars and they have no trouble maintaining highway speeds upwards of 150 km/h.
  • By driving an EV, you can save $1,500-$2,000 per year on fuel and save hundreds of dollars per year on maintenance, since EVs do not need oil changes, and other regular maintenance activities.
  • EVs start at $27,000 before accounting for purchase incentives up to $15,000 offered by the provinces of Ontario, British Columbia, and Quebec.
  • By driving an EV in Canada you will reduce emissions generated by as much as 90%.

Humber's Office of Sustainability and Plug’n Drive want YOU to experience what it’s like to drive an electric vehicle (EV).

Join us to test drive 1 of 3 EVs! We have three exciting electric cars to choose from:

  • BMW i3
  • Volkswagen e-Golf
  • Chevrolet Bolt

Come out, test drive an electric vehicle, and speak to Plug’n Drive representatives about the benefits of owning an EV and stay tuned for electric vehicle charging stations coming to North!
