A Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), also referred to as a “visitor visa”, is a travel document that is placed in international students' passports and is used to allow them to enter or re-enter Canada. If international students are from a visa required country they will want to ensure their TRV is valid if they plan to travel outside Canada.

Join our International Student Advisors virtually on May 19 from 10 - 11 a.m. to learn about the TRV extension process.
