Part-time Faculty are encouraged to attend this 1 hour introductory workshop on Bb 9.1. Learn the basics of Bb 9.1 and find out how this new product can enhance your classroom. Participants will discover how to upload the Humber Template and documents, and will be introduced to basic communication tools.

In this workshop, the importance of preparation by completing a needs analysis and creating learning outcomes will be explored. The participants will examine suggested elements in a lesson plan as well as an effective lesson plan template. The plan will identify what you will teach, how you will deliver the material, and how the outcomes are measured.

This session will enable participants to design and implement an effective lesson plan to meet the diverse needs of learners.

International Inclusive Educator program is designed for those interested in the field of teaching or private sector training. The courses within this certificate program provide participants with an opportunity to enhance their intercultural knowledge, communication skills, curriculum development and differentiated teaching skills when teaching and learning with international higher education students.  The certicate is comprised of five individual courses that are designed to develop essential teaching competencies for supporting international higher education students.

Upon successful completion of the five courses, participants receive a Certfiicate of Completion.
