This past June, Humber Media Studies & IT gathered at the North Campus to celebrate and exhibit the talent produced by our CE Photographic Techniques students. The diverse backgrounds and professions of the students resulted in an extensive assortment of photographs to enjoy during this one-night show.
Looking forward to the North American Indigenous Games coming to Humber College from July 15-23. We will have smudging available each day from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Visiting Elder hours from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The North American Indigenous Games is the largest continental sporting and cultural gathering of Indigenous people, welcoming more than 5,000 athletes, 2,000 volunteers and a number of spectators and dignitaries from across North America. From July 16 – 23, the City of Toronto will be the proud Host City to the 2017 North American Indigenous Games.
Along with York University, McMaster University and Durham College, Humber is proud to be host to the Athletes Village at North Campus Residence and two sporting events - Basketball and Volleyball.
Please be advised of construction activities on the penthouse level of the LRC Building that will require the 6th floor of the LRC building to remain unoccupied. This work is planned for Sunday, July 16th, 2017 from 10:00 p.m. to approximately 1:00 a.m.
