Recycle My Cell Challenge: Until November 15!

North and Lakeshore Campuses continue to collect your old wireless devices and accessories until November 15!

Collection boxes are in the HSF offices at North and Lakeshore campuses. All Humber community can contribute!

Did you know?!

  • Over 90 per cent of materials in mobile phones can be recovered such as nickel, cadmium, cobalt, gold, silver, copper, plastics and other metals (www.amta.org.au)
  • 22 per cent of the yearly world consumption of mercury is used in electronics manufacture (Realff, Raymond et al., 2004)
