Hello Humber team,

It’s my pleasure to announce that Tatiana Dobrovolska will be joining the FSCS team as the new Associate Director of Operations. Tatiana will begin her role on March 21.

Tatiana has more than 15 years of leadership and managerial experience in the higher education settings, holding positions at McMaster, and the University of Toronto. Most recently Tatiana worked as the Associate Faculty Registrar, Special Projects, Finance and Student Awards in the Faculty of Arts and Science at the University of Toronto.

Tatiana received a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Architecture from the State University of Construction and Architecture in Kharkov, Ukraine. She also holds a Diploma in Accounting from McMaster University and an Executive MBA from the Sandermoen School of Business in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

As an experienced administrator, Tatiana will play a key role in developing, implementing, and enhancing service excellence in our core administrative systems to support a wide array of academic, administrative and leadership functions. Tatiana will also provide important project management and operational support for the new Centre of Social Innovation as we move our planning forward to the implementation phase of the projects development.
