What is happening?
Switchover of web traffic to go through Lakeshore network load balancers. Currently, traffic flows through the North network load balancers.
Impacted users: anyone who uses Humber HQ or COSSID
What Humber HQ users might experience?
After you have logged in, you might see a different account (than the one you logged in with) on the top right. You might also see tasks that are assigned to another user. This is due to the user sessions being stored differently than with the Web Acceleration system.
What COSSID users might experience?
After you have logged in, you might see a different account (than the one you logged in with) on the top right. You might also see tasks/outlines that are assigned to another user. This is due to the user sessions being stored differently than with the Web Acceleration system.
What users should do if they encounter the scenarios above?
Users should immediately stop working/making changes in the tool, take a screen capture of the error and report the error to Black Cat (gab@blackcatadvertising.com).
Data must not be entered or edited, as it risks editing the wrong items.
How long will COSSID and HQ be impacted?
The current estimate is June 29, 2022 but the issue might get resolved earlier.
An update will be posted on Humber Communiqué to advise when the issue has been resolved.
