The Butterfly Effect Challenge is open for your submissions. We’re looking for frugal, out-of-the-box or simple solutions that save resources or reduce manual work.

Have you already come up with a simple fix to a nagging workplace problem and ended up streamlining or simplifying your workflow at Humber? Would you like to be eligible to win cool rewards while sharing your solution with the wider Humber community? Are you a Humber support staff or a non-managerial administrative staff? If you answered “yes!”, we invite you to participate in the Butterfly Effect (BE) Challenge this summer!

The BE Challenge (organized by Humber’s Office of Research and Innovation, ORI) is seeking to discover and celebrate Humber’s front-line innovators. If you’ve already implemented a simple, low-cost or no-cost solution—think integration and/or automation—that improved on-campus or remote work arrangements and experiences, then what are you waiting for?
