Please keep in mind that the International Graduate School (IGS) is a unique location with limited services on site which needs to be taken into consideration during the planning process with the expectation that events and activities will be supported and led by the organizer.

If you are interested in running any major events or CPL activities at the IGS consider leveraging the semester breaks and reading weeks. For 2023/24 the semester breaks and reading weeks fall at the following times:
- Winter 2023 Reading week: Monday, February 27 through Friday, March 3, 2023
- Semester Break: Monday, April 24 through Friday, May 5, 2023
- Summer 2023 Reading Week: Monday, June 26 through Friday, June 30, 2023 (note that the college is closed on Friday, June 30)
- Semester Break: Monday, August 21 through Friday, September 1, 2023
- Fall 2023 Reading Week: Monday, October 23 through Friday October 27, 2023
- Semester Break: Monday, December 17 through Friday, December 22, 2023
- Winter 2024 Reading Week: Monday, February 26, 2024 through Friday, March 1, 2024
- Semester Break: Monday, April 22, 2024 through Friday, May 3, 2024
- Summer 2024 Reading Week: Monday, June 24, 2024 through Friday, June 28, 2024
