The Digital Student Experience (DSX) Program emerged from the 2023-2026 Digital Campus and Academic Plans and focuses on enhancing the digital student experience.  

The DSX Program is comprised of three initiatives that will integrate and support each other in delivering on the promise of simplifying and personalizing the Humber student journey from prospect to alumni.  

Enrolment & Admissions Rethinking (E&AR) 

Enrolment & Admissions Rethinking (E&AR) is an automated and personalized process that builds early relationships and rapid admissions decisions. 

E&AR will provide personalized interactions through a focused online admissions experience, including:  

• New process for recruiting and admitting international and domestic students 
• Offer personalized and targeted communications early to prospects to establish a relationship with Humber and encourage their application 
• Increase competitive position through substantial improvement in application processing timelines 
• Automate evaluation for programs without secondary requirements in trusted markets
